You can get Imtiyaz Mastercard Platinum at any Zain shop

As a Platinum Mastercard holder, you have the privilege to free access unlimited regional and international VIP airport lounges. Knowing that Airport lists may change per Mastercard policy

Any Zain customer who has been with Zain for 3 months can become Imtiyaz customer. To be eligible, your annual spending needs to be 300,000 IQD or above.

From Zain Iraq application choose "Imtiyaz" program window,then the governorate from the governorates list, then choose the category you want,finally choose the name of the store or partner, where the details of the discounts provided by this partner will be shown, after choosing the partner, click on the button (Redeem), which will start a count that will last for an hour, this window must be shown to the shop owner to confirm that you are included in Imtiyaz service.

You can go to Apple App Store  or  Google Playstore and download “Zain Iraq” application.

The first time you download the application, you will need to register to the application. Go to settings (top left) and click “sign in” button at the bottom of the page. In the new page, there is a “register” link at the bottom, click it and follow the steps. You will receive a verification code via SMS. You will need to enter this code to confirm that you are using this mobile number.

You can open the Zain Iraq mobile application and select Imtiyaz section. After you select the city and category, you will see all the partner merchants sorted by the distance from your location. In other words, the first merchant that you will see is the closest merchant to you.

When you are Imtiyaz customer, you can call 222 to get priority service 24 hours, 7 days. You will still be able to call 107 and get service.

When Imtiyaz customers visit Zain shops they will have the highest priority in the queue system.

Imtiyaz status is valid for 12 months. After you become Imtiyaz eligible, your status will be re-evaluated 12 months later. Once you are qualified as Imtiyaz customer you will receive a notification SMS. At the end of 12 months, you will receive extension or disqualification SMS.

All customers within Zain network for 3 months or more with annual spend 300,000 IQD and more can join "Imtiyaz"

1) In order to be part of Zain Imtiyaz family, your annual balance consumption must reach at least 300,000 IQD or more.

2) The account holder of "Zain Imtiyaz" must be the holder of the same number.
