Zain’s New Postpaid Line  “Prime Plus”

Enjoy “Prime Plus”, a range of postpaid bundles designed to give you more internet, voice minutes, and free social media apps usage, with benefits and allowances varying depending on the bundle you choose.

Choose the “Prime Plus” bundle that suits you and enjoy more with Zain.

Monthly main bundle: you can choose the main bundle suitable for your usage which includes (minutes & SMSs on all local networks, internet, international minutes, roaming internet and free social App)

*An amount equal to the bundle price should be paid as an advanced payment upon purchasing the line

• Add-on bundles: including minutes on all local networks additional to internet, with ability to subscribe with international minutes, also you can add more than one add-on on top of the main bundle

• When customer has consumed the free units of the main and add-on bundles, the tariff will be (3 IQD/second) for calling all networks, (50 IQD/SMS) for all networks and (6 IQD/10KB) for internet usage. International calls and roaming will be charged according to the normal tariff.
• Customer will get Prime Plus bundle depending on the line activation date, so customer will have the percentage of free resources equals to the remaining days of the month (for example: main bundle will grant 500 minutes, 500 SMSs & 12 GB with price of 25,000 IQD, and bundle activated on the mid of the month, so customer will get 250 minutes, 250 SMSs and 6 GB with price of 12,500 IQD, while customer will get a full bundle starting from the following month.

Bill payment for Zain “PRIME PLUS” will be through:

• By visiting one of Zain main shops (cash)
• By credit card (VISA & MasterCard):
  • Through Zain Iraq website www.iq.zain.com then register on MY ZAIN field and select Bill Payment Service
  • Through Zain Iraq app, to download https://appurl.io/FyB5PeHMT
• Directly through recharge cards:
  • Through Zain Iraq website https://www.iq.zain.com/en/zain-iraq-topup
  • Through Zain Cash app
  • Through sending SMS containing recharge card 16 digits to 2015
  • Through dialing the short code:

*302* then write the 16 digits from recharge card then # and press dial or ok
