- Managed Services contract has been expanded to guarantee the best user experience to Zain Iraq subscribers and to supply them with a Service Operation Center and Energy Network Operations Center, enhancing user experience for subscribers across the entire network.
Zain Iraq, part of Zain group leading mobile and data services operator in the Middle East and Africa, a listed company on the Iraqi Stock Exchange (ISX) under its parent company ‘Al-Khatem Telecommunications, has been awarded an extension of its Managed Services contract with Ericsson until 2021, after successfully providing Managed Services for Networks, IT and value-added services to the operator since 2012.
Under the terms of the new contract, Zain Iraq strengthens its leading position as a trusted business partner with Ericsson by supplying a Service Operation Center and Energy Network Operations Center. The expanded scope means that Zain Iraq will be able to provide a better user experience by managing the quality of service from an end-to-end perspective.
