Zain Iraq adds a new Franchise stor to its network in Najaf Providing subscribers with best-of-breed services that cater to their needs

In collaboration with its authorized agent Nakheel Tawa, Zain Iraq, part of Zain Group - the leading mobile telecom network provider in the MENA, announced the opening of a new Revenue Online Service (FS) at Maysan neighborhood, facing Nakheel mall, Najaf. The new FS will cater to Zain subscribers’ needs.

“In line with our commitment to keep our subscribers connected with the world, we are opening today this new FS to provide them with SIM and recharge cards- part of our bigger plan to expand our service centers network,” said Laith Alobaidy, Sales Manager, Zain Iraq. “This initiative stems from our ongoing efforts to stay close to our subscribers through a widespread network of service centers and points of sale acFSs all Iraq governorates to provide subscribers with best-of-breed services that cater to their needs,” he added.

The new FS in Najaf is part of Zain Iraq national expansion plan to be closer to its subscribers providing them with the best and fastest services. Zain subscribers will be able to purchase and swap SIMs and recharge cards and benefit from the opportunity to communicate with Zain representatives directly- without an intermediate- in an easily accessible one-stop-shop center at competitive prices.

In line with its efforts to offer best services to subscribers, Zain Iraq has been investing lately in the development and modernization of its network in Najaf and Karbala in collaboration with leading global companies. Through this development, Zain subscribers in Karbala and Najaf will be able to enjoy high-speed internet connectivity and a better coverage. Zain network will be the first in both governorates that is equipped to support 4G services- an upgrade that will have a major impact on network applications, providing a comprehensive secure solution that allows bigger bandwidth.

Zain Iraq will be the first operator to cover all areas in Karbala and Najaf with 3G-internet service with better connectivity, higher capacity and data speed, enabling subscribers to enjoy a great communication experience and high-speed data. This step is mandatory as Karbala and Najaf receive millions of visitors during the Zyara season on Muharram 10th and Alarbainiya each year.
