Balance Transfer service

Balance transfer service is one of the special services for prepaid lines which allows the customers to transfer credit balance from their account to other customer accounts within Zain network.

How to use the service:

• You can transfer balance by sending message to 21112 in the format: number that will receive the credit (Zain number) then space then the required transferred amount
• The sender’s balance should be more than IQD 1500.
• The transferred credit should be in multiples of IQD 1,000 (up to IQD 10,000).
• Notification messages will be delivered to both parties (sender& recipient) informing them of the process status.
• Service Fees: Starting from 7th May 2026, IQD 500 will be deducted from the sender account upon successful transaction.

Note: Balance transfer to another subscriber will not extend the validity of the account which receives the credit.

Balance transfer service for new customers of (AlaModak, Zain Ahlna, Kulish Zain, Zorbasha, Wiyakom and La’yonkom) will be available after making the first call and consuming 10,000IQD from main credit.

(In case of customer consumes credit less than the amount mentioned above, he/she will be able to receive balance only).

Zain company is entitled to change the terms and conditions of this offer.
