November 01, 2020

Keeping up with its path in pioneering the telecommunications sector and preparing for the launch of the 4G services in Iraq, Zain Iraq has updated its "Ruwad Al Net" packages by increasing the volume of data given to subscribers and launching new daily, weekly and monthly packages at reasonable prices. This comes with the aim of activating communications between segments of society and empowering Iraqi youth in communicating with the world and sharing their ideas and dreams as they want and aspire around the clock.

The new internet packages are characterized by providing high internet speed with high-quality value. These packages allow subscribers to achieve the best experience while using Internet to benefit from application services such as downloads, games, music, videos, and others. Zain Iraq subscribers can subscribe easily by sending the code of the package of their choice by SMS to 2177.  This service can be canceled or renewed following the same process. Subscriptions and details of internet offers can be found by sending an SMS containing 100 to 21777 or by calling the hotline number *321#.

Zain Iraq is working to establish a new era by providing exclusive and innovative services to its subscribers that keep pace with the launch of the fourth generation in Iraq. And it contributes to devoting the expertise of its teams to achieve the best customer experience throughout Iraq.

It is worth noting that updating the "Ruwad Al Net" packages with a volume of double data and a faster speed at reasonable prices, comes in line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Communications, represented by the Company for Telecommunications Informatics. The announcement entails increasing the capacities granted and reducing the prices to companies and consumers. This enabled Zain Iraq to provide additional features and several different internet packages that meet the needs of subscribers and Internet users in terms of individual use and for various productive sectors.

This move comes following coordination and directives, and recommendations of the telecommunications sector regulator represented by the National Communications and Media Commission of Iraq. It comes in line with its supervisory and executive role to develop and monitor the telecommunications sector in order to serve the current stage, with the aim to provide the best services and distinctive offers that meet the aspirations of subscribers
