The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) chose Zain Iraq to design the wireless telecommunication network’s full plan at its new building located in Baghdad. Considered Iraq’s highest under-construction project, the new building is 172 meters high and is made of 38 floor – 3 of which are underground.
Zain Iraq’s presented designs were certified to allow CBI’s management and the project management company to provide network coverage within its new building. Backed by world-class, modern, and high-quality technology, the network design will support the central wireless telecommunication network that will connect the rest of the companies and networks, enabling CBI employees and guests to stay connected across the new building.
Ali Al-Zahid, CEO, Zain Iraq, said: “We are pleased and honored to be designing the main network connecting the new CBI building internally and externally. We are also proud to provide an innovative telecommunication network that is backed by the latest tools and equipment, for the building that holds the world-class design of the late Zaha Hadid”.
Zain Iraq enjoys a rich portfolio of successful projects in this area, and the selected company’s designs have undergone comprehensive evaluations using objective standards. Using modern equipment and technology, Zain Iraq’s network design is set to secure the highest service standards at the CBI new building; as confirmed by the Communications and Media Commission (CMC) during their meeting with the involved companies and CBI representatives.
