Short Code
The Short Code service offers business owners, including governmental and private organizations, an enhanced, easier, and more professional means of communications with their customers. Subscribers will have a specific number for their businesses to be used for various purposes including call centers service and sales contact numbers, among others.
The Short Code service provides an enhanced level of simplicity and professionalism in communication with customers. It is used for various purposes including customer service and telephone sales among others.
Type of Short Code (SC):
- 4-digit SC: The caller will be charged for the call. The SC are available in the range of commercial use from 6000 to 6999.
- Toll-free(800-XXXX): The company will be charged for the received calls and the caller will not bare any costs
The short-code service requires businesses to apply for and receive pre-approvals from the communication and media commission (CMC).
