The Train
Under the umbrella of the Zain Youth program, Zain Iraq sponsored the Train program in Basra. The program aims to prepare trainers in the fields of entrepreneurship and design thinking through a series of training sessions. The sessions focused on developing the participants' capabilities and enriching their knowledge using scientific and practical methods. The participants received a 3-phased training ondesign thinking. The first phase focused on understing the targeted audience and their needs, while the second phase tackled defining the problem, and the third phase was about creating solutions to specific problems by generating ideas and proposing as many options as possible and testing them to reach the optimal solution.
