Ownership Transfer Service For B2B

B2B corporate clients now have the flexibility to transfer ownership of their lines conveniently.

Service Terms and Conditions:

  • The transfer of ownership process necessitates the physical presence of both the 1st & 2nd party authorized individuals at the main center.
  • All essential documentation must be provided by both 1st & 2nd parties during the transfer process.
  • For lines registered under companies, a duly authorized letter from the relevant party is mandatory for the transfer.
  • A fee of IQD 10,000 is applicable for each ownership transfer.
  • Any complimentary services or resources linked to the line will be forfeited.
  • Settlement of all outstanding dues associated with the line is mandatory before the ownership change can be processed.  

Required Documents:

1st Party (Current Owner):

  1. An official letter or request for the transfer of the line to the other party, specifying the name of the authorized individual to complete the process.
  2. Civil ID, National Card, or Passport of the authorized person along with the Ration Card or Residency Card.
  3. The company's registration documents must be provided If the 1st party is a company or an institution.

2nd Party (New Owner):

  1. An official letter acknowledging the 1st party’s request to transfer ownership of the line/lines to the 2nd party. This letter should include the authorized individual from the 1st party who will oversee the process.
  2. Civil ID, National Card, or Passport of the authorized person along with the Ration Card or Residency Card.
  3. The company's registration documents must be provided If the 2nd party is a company or an institution.
