Zain Iraq opens a new ROS in Ramadi to be closer to it subscribers


In line with its commitment to deliver excellent services that cater to its subscribers needs, Zain Iraq, part of Zain group- a leading telecom innovator in eight markets across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)– announced the opening of its new Customer Service center in Anbar governorate, Ramadi, Al-Mustawdaa street facing City Center mall. This step is a clear reflection of Zain’s objective to be closer to its subscribers wherever they are across the country.

“Our new service center in Ramadi underlines our commitment to be always close to our subscribers wherever they are," said Mohammed Samir, CCO, Zain Iraq. "Now that things are getting back to normal in Anbar, we are pleased to be the first company to have opened our service centers across the Governorate. This stems from Zain’s effort to provide services to its subscribers that go beyond just purchasing SIM cards and recharge cards (RCs)– to help them stay connected with the outside world. Although we have faced many challenges and difficulties while rehabilitating our network infrastructure and coverage in Anbar, we still managed to accomplish that in a record time,” he added.

The new center will answer our subscribers needs and meet their requirements,” concluded Samir.

Opening Ramadi ROS stems from Zain objective to stay connected to its subscribers across Iraq, catering to their needs in an easy and effective manner throughout Zain Iraq widespread customer service centers. The new center offers the opportunity for customers to purchase and swap SIMs and recharge cards, settle their bills, and benefit from the opportunity to communicate directly with Zain representatives.
