Call Me Back Service

Now (Call Me Back) service allows prepaid customers to send a free connection request to any customer within Zain network when out of credit.

Service is free of charge for prepaid lines and exclusively among Zain Iraq subscribers.
This service is made available to enable a customer to send a connection request in the case he is out of credit to make the call.

Must send a short message to short code number 2010 containing the customer number the customer who wishes to call back him.
The customer can send up to 10 requests for free at the expiry of credit (credit less than 10 dinars and the validity is not expired).
The receiver will receive a short message containing the request of the sender "Please call me back, am out of credit".
