  • SIM card “Registration, Activation, and Deactivation”, stolen or damaged SIM card replacement and replacement for damaged Recharge Cards (for prepaid customers).
  • Bill payment, itemized bill inquiry, adding and removing services (for postpaid customers).
  • Permanent wallet registration, Cash-in, and Cash-out and how to reset passcode (for Zain Cash customers).
  • Devices and Smartphones available at Zain's point of sales.
