How your monthly payment works
Your monthly bill is made up of two parts:
iPhone installment + PRIME Plus bundle fee
Here’s an example. If you choose an iPhone 18 Pro 256GB with a PRIME Plus 60K bundle, your monthly payment looks like this:

Please note that your bill may also include usage or charges outside your bundle for your normal telecom usage & subscription.
Who is eligible for installment plans?
- Installments are available to eligible customers contacted by Zain, or visit your nearest Zain shop to check your eligibility.
- Eligible prepaid customers must switch to a qualifying PRIME Plus bundle.
- Bring your valid Unified National Card and Residence Card when you visit a Zain main shop.
- Only one active device installment plan is allowed per customer.
Additional Information about your installment plan
Before you sign up, please take note of the following:
- Your first installment will appear on your first bill after purchase.
- Pay on time each month to avoid service restrictions under standard PRIME Plus collection rules.
- Partial settlement is not available. Early settlement requires payment of all remaining contractual obligations.
- You may upgrade your PRIME Plus bundle, but cannot downgrade below the bundle in your contract.
- You cannot switch to prepaid, transfer ownership, end the contract or take another installment device until all applicable obligations are settled.

Travel package terms and conditions
- The promotion is open to customers who buy and activate any iPhone 18 from a Zain main shop during the promotional period from 1 October 2026 to 3 October 2026.
- Five travel packages will be awarded to eligible customers.
- Each travel package includes a return air ticket to Spain, a 2-night hotel stay and a match ticket for Real Madrid vs Barcelona on 25 October 2026 in Barcelona, Spain.
- The winner may choose to receive the travel package or a cash equivalent of IQD 3,000,000.
- The cash equivalent is fixed at IQD 3,000,000 and cannot be exchanged for a different amount.
- The winner is responsible for obtaining the required visa and fulfilling all applicable travel requirements.
- If the winner is unable to obtain the required visa, the winner may opt for the cash equivalent of IQD 3,000,000.
- Travel arrangements will be coordinated with the winners following completion of the winner selection process.
- The travel package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash other than the stated cash-equivalent option.
- Match, flight and hotel arrangements are subject to availability and applicable booking conditions.
