Awareness sessions on data privacy were organized for 150 students from two high schools, highlighting the importance of protecting personal data and how to avoid potential security risks. The sessions focused on equipping students with the necessary knowledge to safeguard their personal information in the digital world.
The "Heya Tech" program is funded by AMIDEAST Iraq and implemented by Computiq, sponsored by Zain Iraq, targeting women in technology fields. During the program, participants received comprehensive training in various technological specialties, including networking (routing and switching), cloud computing (AWS), front-end development, and back-end development. At the end of the training, participants were awarded vouchers for official certification exams such as CCNA. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to meet professionals from various departments, where they received valuable feedback and guidance to help further develop their skills.
In collaboration with the GDG team at the University of Information Technology and Communications, an online session was held focusing on entrepreneurship. The session covered the different types of entrepreneurship, the Business Model Canvas (BMC), and how to utilize it effectively.
