As part of its efforts to ensure continuous quality internet and telecom services during this unprecedented time, Zain Iraq, part of Zain Group, the leading mobile telecom innovator in eight markets across the Middle East and Africa, has announced a limited data recharge bonus upon each prepaid recharge.
As part of its efforts to ensure continuous quality internet and telecom services during this unprecedented time, Zain Iraq, part of Zain Group, the leading mobile telecom innovator in eight markets across the Middle East and Africa, has announced a limited data recharge bonus upon each prepaid recharge.
The service aims to keep subscribers securely connected to friends and family throughout the quarantine period.
Any user recharging their credit will earn free data by sending ‘17’ via free SMS to ‘21777’. Customers will receive varying amounts of data according to the value of credit recharged: 1GB for 5000 IQD; 2GB for 10000IQD and 15000 IQD; 4GB for 250000, 35000, and 50000 IQD; and 10GB for 100000 IQD.
The announcement comes as part of Zain Iraq’s commitment to maintaining critical services and ensuring Iraqis are cared for and connected during quarantine.
It follows Zain Iraq’s previous offer to enable subscribers to extend credit validity for 14 days for free, as well as its 750m IQD donation of medical equipment and supplies to the health sector.
