In July, Zain Iraq introduced the WIT program, which garnered over 800 applicants. Among them, 136 females were chosen to take part in the program. The participants were divided into five groups. Over three months, they received comprehensive mentoring, covering approximately 40 different topics through more than 60 sessions. The program concluded with a graduation ceremony held on September 13th, during which mentors and mentees were honored with certificates acknowledging their valuable participation and contributions.
