It came to our attention that lately some of our customers have been receiving SMS through Viber and WhatsApp and other applications the content of which is about cash prizes, gifts or prizes presented by Zain.
We, therefore, advise our customers to ignore such SMSs as we are not responsible for their content.
As for prizes offered by Zain, these will be communicated through all media vehicles, on the official website and/or official social networks.
On the other hand, we are exerting our efforts to limit the dissemination of these fake SMSs.
