This service comes in line with Zain Iraq’s commitment to meet its subscribers’ needs in view of the present situation, by enabling them to extend the validity of their lines free of charge for 14 days and stay connected with family and friends, needless of recharge.
Zain Iraq’s latest #khalik_bilbait awareness campaign was launched hand in hand with medical officials, spreading awareness on the novel coronavirus pandemic to help cease its spread, by sharing with subscribers informative messages and preventive tips upon calling.
Zain Iraq was the first to change its network logo from “ZAIN IQ” to “STAY HOME” in an attempt to promote social distancing, while providing its subscribers with 24/7 technical support, customer service, and offering innovative services such as the free of charge line validity extension.

In addition, Zain Iraq introduced recently a new service under its awareness campaign enabling credit loans that will be deducted after recharging, to encourage people to stay home and stay connected.
