Electronic Voucher
The electronic recharge service allows the customer to recharge their account electronically by visiting any of Zain’s point of sales
How to use the service:
- Customer should visit Zain Iraq Retail on Shop point for recharging.
- Customer will request the shop representative to refill his/her account with a certain denomination via Electronic Voucher Distribution service, accordingly, the representative will ask for customer's phone number to recharge his account via SMS.
- Each part of balance transfer transaction (customer and shop representative) will receive an SMS notification message informing him/her if the balance transfer is a success or not.
- Service Fees: Free of charge.
