Zain Iraq starts the implementation of its new E- documentation service in collaboration with CMC .
In collaboration with CMC & the N.S.S (national security system), Zain Iraq started the new electronic documentation process in order to achieve smooth and speedy information transmission and documentation. This allows the creation of a secure environment for customers’ information transmission and storage. This new service sheds light on Zain Iraq’s commitment and keenness to provide, facilitate and guarantee superior utilization of communications methods that are in the best interest of the Iraqi consumer and the country as a whole. It also highlights the company’s determination to provide its subscribers with the latest technologies in the world of telecommunications, especially those that are designed to protect and secure customers’ information and personal data.
The Electronic documentation service will provide secure, speedy and direct data transmission to Zain Iraq’s system via a tablet device. Upon purchasing a line from Zain Iraq, this device enables the company to utilize a simple method that allows it to document subscriber’s personal information including their fingerprint, personal photo and other identification documents. Thus, all the information is available and documented on the tablet which ensures speed and simplicity and also guarantees high levels of privacy and security.
To launch and bring electronic documentation to life, Zain Iraq distributed the tablet device to all its main points of sales and its other subsidiaries across Iraq.
The new Electronic documentation service and mechanism is the result of a collaboration between Zain Iraq, CMC, and N.S.S in Iraq. This partnership is in harmony with Zain Iraq’s strategy which prioritizes understanding the consumers and their needs, and working towards providing them with the best services and most innovative technological solutions possible, thus facilitating every facet of their everyday lives.
