Zain Iraq holds the first 3G video call with Minister of Communications

MOC urges to give the best services to citizens.

After 3G launching on 1/1/2015, Zain Iraq, the leading operator in mobile telecoms and data conducted the first video call through the fast 3G service with HE Minister of Communications, Mr. Hasan Al Rashid.

The Minister expressed his thanks to all those who contributed to the launch of the 3G in Iraq despite the delay. He confirmed that its launch will avail new horizons in developing technology sector and data in Iraq. He considered this launch as a step in the right direction and confirmed the significance of giving the best services with high quality and experience to the Iraqi citizens. He wished success to Zain and its Iraqi employees.

On his part, Mr. Haider Radhi, Zain Iraq Technical Officer, expressed his thanks to all those who participated in the 3G launch and promised high-quality services according to the highest approved international standards to the customers. Mr. Radhi informed the Minister of the 3G launch stages, the mechanisms of subscription and the costs of services given to customers.
