To meet citizens and subscribers needs wherever they are in Iraq, Zain Iraq opens a new Dealer Revenue On-Line Service (DROS)
Zain Iraq, part of Zain group, a leading telecom innovator across the Middle East and North Africa, opens a new Dealer Revenue On-Line Service (DROS) Center in Al Mahaweel district (Dikat Al-Mabani Center), located opposite to Al-Rafidain Bank. The center aims to serve Zain Iraq customers and subscribers in an integrated comprehensive services framework.
Opening this center reflects Zain’s objective to maximize clients’ satisfaction by being present wherever they are within Iraq, catering to their needs throughout any one of their widespread customer service centers. This network will provide various services and diversified offers to subscribers, as well as the opportunity to communicate with Zain representatives directly- without an intermediate- and receive the latest updates and global technological developments. In a one-stop-shop center, customers will be able to purchase and swap SIMs and RCs (recharge cards) as well as settle their bills and benefit from other after-sales services.
“We aim through this step to evolve the role of customer service centers beyond catering merely to subscribers’ transactions and simple needs. Rather, Zain service centers will become a major reference point for every subscriber, meeting all or any of their diverse requirements and an access point for global technology developments via Iraq’s telecom sector”, said a Zain Iraq representative. “Our customer service center will be a window into the telecom world for Iraqi citizens in an easy, effective manner- making subscribers feel connected and heard,” he added.
Zain Iraq values the communication between the company and its subscribers and recognizes them as the ultimate partners on the road towards success and development. Thus, Zain puts all its resources at their service, striving to exceed their expectations in quality and variation of its services and experiences.
