In line with its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication, Zain Iraq, Iraq's leading network and internet services provider, has opened a new main customer service center in Erbil, situated on Ronaki Street, near Rudaw Media Network’s headquarters.

In line with its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication, Zain Iraq, Iraq's leading network and internet services provider, has opened a new main customer service center in Erbil, situated on Ronaki Street, near Rudaw Media Network’s headquarters.

The new ROS will offer a variety of services including sales and swapping of SIM cards and recharge cards sales, bill payment services, Zain Cash, and Zain Smart services. The center is staffed with a highly trained and specialized customer service team dedicated to supporting customers, addressing their inquiries, fulfilling their requirements, and resolving any issues they may encounter by offering timely and efficient solutions.

Commenting on this milestone, a source from Zain Iraq said: “The establishment of the new ROS in Erbil reflects our commitment to creating an optimal working environment that is powered by cutting-edge technologies and supplies, to foster increased productivity and efficiency and a higher quality of services. All areas and amenities within the new ROS are outfitted with provisions and facilities to accommodate people with disabilities. The new ROS receives its customers every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., except on Fridays.
