In line with its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication, Zain Iraq, part of Zain Group - a leading telecom innovator across the Middle East and Africa, has announced the relocation of its main customer service center in Anbar Governorate to a brand-new state-of-the-art facility in the city of Ramadi, situated on Al Mustawdaa street near Al Fursan square.

The new location boasts modern design and capabilities enabling Zain Iraq to deliver an exceptional customer experience as it offers various services including sales and swapping of SIM cards and recharge cards sales, bill payment services, Zain Cash, and Zain Smart services. The center is staffed with a highly trained and specialized customer service team dedicated to supporting customers, addressing their inquiries promptly, fulfilling their requirements, and resolving any issues they may encounter by offering immediate and effective solutions.

The new center will operate from Saturday till Thursday every week from 8 AM till 4 PM and closes on Fridays.
