As part of Zain's goals of supporting and empowering women, Zain sponsored the Arab Women's Technology Association's event. The event lasted for two days, attended by a group of women and several employees to discuss significant topics such as importance of gender diversity, project management, marketing research and other topics that help women understand and participate in the labor market
