Zain Iraq, part of Zain group - a leading telecom innovator in eight markets across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) – announced the opening of its new customer service center in Saladin governorate, Tikrit, Al Zahour Street beside Qasim Mall, in co-operation with its authorized agent Al-Aqaleem Company for Trading. This step reflects Zain objective to be closer to its subscribers wherever they are across Iraq and the importance that Saladin governorate represents to the company.

“In line with our strategy to broaden the geographical distribution of our customer service centers, we started opening our authorized centers to help subscribers enjoy our offerings from buying SIM and recharge cards to staying connected to the world,” said Laith Alobaidy, Sales Manager, Zain Iraq. “This initiative falls under our ongoing efforts to stay in touch with our subscribers through a widespread network of service centers and points of sale across all governorates to provide them with the best-of-breed services that cater to their needs. Our initiative specifically targets the youth segment being the beating heart of our community, and we are committed through our plan and vision to provide full support and encouragement to help the young talents prosper and grow,” he added.
