“In line with our strategy to expand Zain service centers network, we started opening our authorized centers to facilitate our subscribers’ journey from buying SIM and recharge cards to staying connected to the world,” said Laith Alobaidy, Sales Manager, Zain Iraq. “This initiative falls under our ongoing efforts to stay in touch with our subscribers through a widespread network of service centers and points of sale across all governorates to provide them with the best-of-breed services that cater to their needs,” he added.

“Our new service center in Hawija underlines our commitment to stay connected with our subscribers wherever they are. This stems from Zain’s effort to provide services to its subscribers that go beyond just purchasing SIM and recharge cards to help them stay connected with the outside world. Although we faced many challenges and difficulties while rehabilitating our network infrastructure and coverage in this governorate, we still managed to achieve success in a record time,” he concluded.
