Zain Iraq opens a new Dealer Revenue On-Line Service (DROS) Center in Karbala Province

Zain Iraq, part of Zain Group, a leading telecom innovator in eight markets across the Middle East and Africa, opens a new Dealer Revenue On-Line Service (DROS) Center in Al Zomoruda, Al Sanater street in Karbala to become one of a series of authorized main and branched centers for Zain Iraq in the province.

The opening was attended by the chief of Karbala’s provincial council, the governor’s advisor, a group from Zain Iraq’s sales, marketing and customer care teams and a number of officials from the province. They all expressed their admiration and praised the quality of the services being offered to the citizens of Karbala.

The new center will be managed by Al-Zomoruda global company, one of Zain Iraq’s main distributors in Karbala. The center aims to server Zain Iraq’s subscribers and caters to their needs through direct services and a diverse set of offers. The new DROS also adopts convenient working hours that fit customers’ schedules. For the holy month of Ramadan, the center’s working hours extend from 10 am to 4 pm and from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Zain Iraq has always aimed to provide the best services for its subscribers and to invest as much time and effort to ensure they are satisfied. For that reason, Zain Iraq decided to activate additional service centers through its dealers to provide the most significant services to its subscribers, especially those who aren’t able to reach the main center in Saadia district/Karbala and the other centers across the province.
